Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD) is an award winning reflexology treatment built on the same principles as Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD).

RLD focuses on stimulating the lymphatic reflexes on the feet.  It is a unique sequence that has been researched and developed by Sally Kay, whilst working in Cancer Care. The aim is to cause an effect on the lymphatic system in the body and to drain excess lymph from swollen areas of the body.

RLD’s groundbreaking techniques concentrate on working the lymphatic reflexes on the feet to boost the lymphatic and immune systems. RLD drains excess lymph from the body’s tissues - moving fluid from the swollen areas into working lymph nodes, where it can then be drained.

It’s a really effective treatment for people with Lymphoedema, auto-immune disorders, post-operative recovery and allergies, to name but a few.
