I am indirectly working with each and every part of the body, which helps bring the body back into balance and helps to improve a person’s well-being.

Reflexology stimulates the nerves in the areas being worked on, encouraging the clearing of any blockages and helping energy to flow freely.

This allows the body to deeply relax and re-balance and encourages the body’s natural healing processes to begin.

Reiki can also be given remotely as
